Well I suppose not ages cuz I check Firepower when it dropped. Crazy to see that's been five years ago now though lol I feel old as fuck.
From what I recall though Firepower was actually pretty damn solid and took me by surprise

Yeah Firepower is sick, especially if you consider the age of the band members.

the fact they had no idea they were writing a classic with "You Got Another Thing Comin" is insane
one of the cleanest pop-metal crossovers ever

Screaming for Mengeance

To me their most vexing album. Some of their sweetest riffs, with some of their cheesiest stuff.
And yes, I'm quite behind with the Metal Gods on their post-Nostradamus output.

T/t rules face.
Def getting into this one more.
Might have the best hooks in their discog.

Damn, I've started to like Pain & Pleasure.
Same thing happened with Love Bites on DotF.
I seem to be getting into Fever as well.
Devil's Child is weak tho.
T/t is hard one of their best songs.

Take These Chains is up there with United and Take on the World in the worst Priest song contest.
Pain & Pleasure I've come to dig tho.

not even close dannyboy, at least chains progresses as a song. united and take on the world are so repetitive and uninteresting
|
| |
I've also come to dig Fever.
This is a damn fun album.
I still find Devil's Child underwhelwing tho.
