never in a million years did I think this band would be the ones to salvage what has otherwise been the worst year all time for metal releases.

I’m listening to the same as everybody and coming from someone who has been drumming for twenty plus years, he has regressed to give them a more polished sound that clearly enlists them with the hundreds of other dm bands trying to ape the modern dm sound that is getting tired and bland.
Also the industrial angle they’re going for on a number of tracks, stick to your lane!
