I was hoping the record would be a bit more in the vein of the singles but unfortunately it wasn't to be. Was excited for this after catching him live but it worked better on stage tbh. Dion and me and angel are real momentum killers

Kind of reminds me of Gaslight Anthem in parts. Regardless, this rules.

It took a while to set its hooks in but I think this is the hardest I’ve vibed with a PG release. Peters a bit in the last couple tracks after the climax that is “In a Row” but everything up to there is really great.
