I'm thinking of getting this soon, and yeah they have 2 vocalists Jason Netherton sings higher and John Gallagher sings the deep growls.
If you like these guys you should really check out Misery Index, 3 of the musicians that appear in this record left to form Misery Index, which is equally as good as fetus

The sound on here is very concise and technical, as is the heaviness of each song. The shortest song 'Pissing in the Mainstream' is undoubtedly a great example of Deathgrind, but the mixture of Classic Death Metal influences and Technical death Metal styles makes this album one of the better DF albums.
