Starting to lean towards a 4 here.

Repeated listens actually reveal a pretty dynamic album (not in production but stylings). There are a lot of different ideas and they almost all work.

There are certainly plenty of moments where Courtney’s performance feels so genuinely emotional like in eternal blue.

I kinda forgot about eviscerate myself but then when I was listening to this I remembered it again. I was like oh yeah it’s that album again. Lol. Yeah I never revisited that album. It was a total bore. Who knows I may revisit this at some point but definitely not top priority on my to do list

I found it to be pretty weak. The "everything blurring together" is n likely because none of the songs end they just stop suddenly then BAM next track

I kinda like the blurring together effect, the album feels really cohesive to me, and Eternal Blue didn't. I am running the risk over overlistening to this though, I gotta take a break from it so I don't resent any of the melodies stuck in my head.

Leaning towards a 4 on this too.
I should hate Ride the Wave, but for some reason I don't.

yeah eternal blue feels like an album where every song could have been a single which is both its best and worst attribute in a way
