in these past two weeks it just so happened that two albums i absolutely love came out, just in time to screw up my year list, but damn am I happy about that

Absolutely loved Down Through, but I echo others that this felt a little underwhelming. Hoping some more spins will change that.

I still can’t bring myself to listen to this album. The singles alone just really kinda bored me. It didn’t help that the previous EP release did the same. But fuck it, I’m gonna go ahead and check this out now while I’m thinking about it.

Was between a 4 and 4.5 on this, but can’t stop coming back. Mellower tone definitely makes this a grower, but its worth giving the record time to sink in.
