for sure. it's not a bad position to be in but i've been conditioned to the idea that we can't have nice things.

The Packers are just completely and utterly unpredictable this year. The weirdest 13-win team in a long time. Any outcome of a possible showdown with the Saints seems realistic to me. We could easily be completely blown out by them but in the frozen tundra even a blowout win against the saints is a realistic chance. The first half againsta depleted Detroit was downright awful on both sides of the ball... There's a lot of excitement watching the guys this year because anything can (and actually did) happen.

Thanks for your thoughts on Garrett... I saw too little of the cowboys this year to give a clear opinion about what went wrong, but 8-8 in that division and with that roster is an inconceivably awful result...

Loses steam towards the end??? Fuck, The Reincarnation of Benjamin Breeg and ESPECIALLY For The Greater Good of God are two of my favorite Maiden tunes.

Some days I'm tempted to bump this to a 4.5

Dude every time bruce belts out PLEASE TELL ME NOW WHAT LOVE IIIIISSSSS and the rest of that refrain, I just get chills. And then once the FOR THE GREATER GOOD OF GOD finally hits it's like a straight orgasm. Idgaf. Not many of their songs hit me in quite the same way that one does. Especially outside of their 80s work. And idk I absolutely love the riff from Benjamin. Plus the solos on each song get me going like a mf
