“Congrats Joss, you are now in the running for dumbest comment I've seen in over 16 years of being on this site. CC rules and is one of the most consistent dm bands ever.”

Sorry to hear you enjoy Cannibal Corpse. I will be praying for your recovery

“Not being able to enjoy Cannibal Corpse is tragic”

I used to like cannibal corpse a lot. Now I find it so boring. I guess it’s a symptom of finding actually interesting and creative death metal bands rather than sticking to the same monotonous one-dimensional ones

“It's kinda ironic really to me that a dm band sounding like traditional death metal and not dissodeath/weird/prog dm is more refreshing. Maybe more bands should focus on having fun and writing riffs instead of forcing themselves to be "original." I'm not directing this at ulcerate but so many dm bands are trying to pull off the weird dm thing and fall flat for me”

You can only do so much with just riffs. Instead, make creative music while also having banger riffs. Isn’t that a genius idea?

There are many words I would use to describe Cannibal Corpse, but "corporate" certainly isn't one of them

I agree evilford. They should just give up and realise how mediocre cannibal corpse is

Truly a take from someone who’d give Cutting the Throat of God a 2.5

Link budgie the cannibal corpse song that has someone murdering someone. That one is best since I can envision the person being brutally murdered as the band members

I dont really do artists on a song basis but pick anything from either Kill (Corpsegrinder era) or Tomb of the Mutilated (Chris Barnes era) and it should do u just fine

If u dig dm/bdm that is, which I dont think you're huge on to begin with

I’d rather be cringe than a cannibal corpse fan so I accept my title gratefully
