Bruce is on fire here, I was too young to remember it but it must've been so great to have him back!

I haven't listened to it in a while, but I can still comfortably say this is my favorite Maiden.

Big statement Guy. I can’t put it above that run of mid ‘80s albums - sits comfortably just beneath them.

"I haven't listened to it in a while, but I can still comfortably say this is my favorite Maiden."
Thats a shame. I mean this was awesome when it came out but it didn't age well. It was more of a "WOW they're all together?" factor as opposed to something that would be remembered as just "wow" and it wasn't or isn't. It's decent but nothing remarkable. Killers on the other hand...

Wutang makes a valid point. The fact that ‘wow, they’re back together’ really lifted this album, especially at that time. No one really knew of the reunion until the album came out. Huge cardboard setups with the album stacked within it was in every major record store, near the entrance when you entered the store. The cardboard display not only magnified the artwork, but it also highlighted the return of Bruce and Adrian.
With that, I do love this record and think it’s their best reunion onward output. I can’t say I enjoy it more than Killers, but it’s not far off. The tour was the cherry on top as this show was probably the best I’ve ever seen them.

As someone who isn't nostalgic to this band this is one of their best records imo
Like, I love their 80s records and most of then I like better, but this probably ranks above Piece of Mind for me
