Honestly for being sort of not my comfort zone (I love Dillinger and Converge but too much of that can turn into an endurance test...looking at you Frontierer) I liked this more than I expected. Production was gritty but not so much that it obscures the heaviness. That drummer is unhinged and those are some of the most unique drum fills I've ever heard on that final track. Gave me the same kind of feeling I got with Joey Jordison on the title track to Iowa.

Yeah I think the merging of the br00tal deathcore stuff is tasteful and never overbearing to the general motif. Drummer is indeed absolutely nutso. Vocalist range is also pretty wild. Not leaving anything to be desired on any of the screaming styles.
This is the first new heavy heavy album I have been super into in YEARS. I may be turning an old leaf lololol.
