Everything Is Fire was one of my early favorites and still is. Always loved chvrch bvrner, but honestly I think EIF blows it out of the water. Especially that section in the middle that goes from straight chaos to facemelting guitar solo

That fucking call back to "The Way The News Goes" on "Thanks Nobou" is perfect. Like... it really feels like you're going on a journey with these guys on this album. I'm kind of wondering if there are more references to past songs sprinkled throughout this one.

the title "wax wings" is sort of a call back to icarus lives but i don't think the songs are related in any other way besides that
