I'm probably conflating the first part with drinking, which he did stop.

But no, a girl I knew very well had to be dragged away from his trailer by her friend and friends mother after he invited her in, after a concert, from a crowd of young girls. She was 16 at the time.

Ok you know what - The inital joke I made was dark and that's how I handle a lot of stressful topics. But if you guys are going be denying assholes about a young woman's story then I'm not gonna stand for it, she was my fucking partner who was upset by it for a long time after it happened. So yes I'm going to believe her detailed account of it, as she was someone I was intimately involved with and trusted very deeply.

She saw HIM again years later and he literally dedicated a song performance at his concert to her when he saw her.

I mean, you also can't condemn someone based on an anonymous secondhand account that's entirely one-sided. At least I can't. That kind of behavior is almost always habitual as well and this is the first I've heard of it. But I'm not telling you that your friend was lying either.

I'm not saying he should be condemned at all, I don't think he's that kind of person. I think he mistook my friend as someone that was older, actually. But nevertheless, he invited her in, and she (naiively) wanted to go, and the chaperoning mom stopped her. That's it. Oh, and I made a dark joke on a music forum.
