Who would've guessed?

And Chan...base your decision off of how much you liked 'Jihad'...if you thought it was sheer awesome, then you might kinda dig this album. If you thought it was just good, you'll hate it. Cause I'm worried you're gonna hate it and give it like a 2 and drop its rating even lower...which it already makes me sad to see it below a 4

Iluvatar: I never said 'don't rate it'. I just said I'm sad to see it's rating be lower than a 4.

Chan: Alright then buddy, go for it...but I know you're just getting my hopes up...

@Iluvator: I think he's just worried about people making pre-emptive decisions, causing the album's rating to drop lower than necessary.

Dave's drumming is top notch though. Best thing on the album.

Nah, not yet a full-grown fan yet. I would say that I'm a 85% fan of Slayer now, I just need to check out more albums from them. Got to buy this album though

These guys need to grow up...there album and song titles, are something a bunch of 12 year olds would be making up cause they sound so coolz! I laughed out loud when I read the album title "God Hates Us All" I like Metallica, Megadeth, Pantera, Iron Maiden, but I could never get into Slayer because of what they try to pass as vocals.

Also...it was quite the unnecesarrily long review.

Hey Diabolus, it's funny you say you're not a big Slayer fan, when you have one of their album titles as your username

I didnt even knew Diabolus in Musica was a Slayer album, i choosed that name because its a kickass song from Mago de Oz.

dude, i was gonna write a review for this album, since i just got it today, but this one was kick-ass, so i won't

slayer fucking rocks! "christ illusion" is one the best!!!

on another note, you spoke of controversy over the song "Jihad," but what about the controversy over the song "Cult."? Some sample lines are "Religion is rape/Religion's obscene/Religion's a whore," "There is no fuckin' Jesus Christ/There never was a sacrifice/No man upon the crucafix," "Is war and greed the master plan?/The Bible's where it all began!" This song is full of anti-religious statements. I think that it's more controversial than "Jihad." But, I must confess that I love singing this song to my religious friends, because I just love seeing the look on their faces (I'm like Kerry King, minus good guitar skills and the baldness). Anyways, I let you go back to your life now, Hail Slayer! Metal up your ass!

Slayer's been saying the same stuff about religion for 20+ years. It's not controversial anymore, it's redundant. On the other hand, writing a song about 9/11 from a terrorists' perspective is far more feather-ruffling.

I'm like Kerry King, minus good guitar skills and the baldness

Then you don't have much going for you.

Hail Slayer!
