Reviewer sounds excited in the same way I was when I first got into dm back in ‘nam

In a recent interview I was watching Tomas mentioned how with this album the goal was to move away from the blackened/death sound of the previous two records, and try to bring back the Breeding Death era EP vibe with that groovy American death metal sound. Less Gothenburg more Floridian was a goal for this, which personally is the Bloodbath I want to hear.

The funny thing about that is that garas is a battle-hardened veteran and very grumpy by his own admission, this potential contradiction amuses me. I mean yeah he's a BM guy more than a DM guy, but I'm sure he knows a thing or two based on what I can gather

Huh well there you go. I just thought he sounded new to the genre, no shade intended. Maybe I will Czech

This is a fun album. Tales of Melting Flesh is definitely my favorite here

I think the music and production is really good on this, solid song writing, but the vocals aren’t my favorite.

Agree on the vocals being the weak point. That's been an issue since everything after the first two for me honestly

I dont understand why this even has a 3.5 average tbh. Extremely weak and boring album and I'm a bloodbath fan
