Oh shit, the site is alive again.
I'm hyped beyond belief for the new album. Went kind of crazy and bought a fuckton of the merch. Couldn't decide which LP and cassette I wanted, so I got a few and copped that jacket. I adore RCD but I have a feeling IE is going to blow it out of the water. The band has just gotten so much better over the past couple years with the riffs, songwriting, and vocals. I do wish face was on here though since it might be my favorite riff that Vin has written.

Haha it's hip surgery (round 3) so I can't quite do 4 hours in the car plus being in the venue on crutches. I'd absolutely roll up in a wheelchair if I could manage the car ride.

ohhhh I wasn’t aware that a car ride would be involved. Shit man that still fucking sucks, horrible timing.
Well let’s all hope for a pretty extensive US tour from them. It’s kinda strange to announce the record and these two dates and that’s it. The band in general is kinda weird about that kinda shit… I love them to pieces but if they don’t have a manager they might need one.

Oh just now finding out they’re with Sumerian… I don’t love them but that’s a good fit for them I guess
Just glad it’s not a UK label; Sumerian at least will probably push for more US dates.

They just did a super exclusive show in London that was a no phones, no camera thing where they announced the new album and debuted Nostalgia Kills. I'm assuming the NYC and LA shows are going for a similar thing. They're about to go on a somewhat whack tour with Motionless in White, Lorna Shore, and Fit for a King. I don't listen to any of them and my closest stop is an outdoor venue in Virginia in July in the middle of the summer. Not sure I'm going to go since SD is the opener.
