on a positive note, I weirdly dug Burton's recent solo track. I actually went back to it a few times and I hope he does more stuff like that

Fear Factory should keep C. Bell as the album singer and lyricist and Milo as the live one.

After all the craziness that the band has been through, it would just be another crazy chapter.

I mean, at the end of the day, they want to be able to make money and survive.

Yeah. Dino repeated that they would release a new song before touring.

The absence of new material really doesn't bode well at this point.

People applauded Milo live, but it feels like Nuclear Blast do not trust his ability to replace Burton C. Bell on a studio album.

That sounds a bit too much like a conspiracy, don't you think? If anything if the guy can kill it live he should have no issues in a studio.

Also doubt a label would have that much leverage particularly with an established band

Your use of the word conspiracy is far too loose.

I'm talking about the normal professional relationship between a label and a signed band.

Very clearly, Nuclear Blast have asked the band to tour extensively before releasing anything studio with the new singer.

I remember like 2 or 3 years ago when Milo was announced that we'd be getting that announcement with a brand new track with the new singer

2025, still no album, not even a single fucking song

What's going on with these guys now?

Yeah I mean I hope that's true but they haven't even released a single track yet, which was originally the plan to release that along with the new singer announcement so uh

We've literally gotten nothing - I've seen them twice over the course of the past 3 years during that time and still don't know what the fuck he'll sound like in studio with them lol

C. Bell is harder to replace in studio than live.
