actually great songs on here: Twisted Tongues, Escape From LA, Dulceria, No Eyes, Tied to a Tree, Caught
which is basically the "flaws i can overlook cuz song is great" tier
and that leaves everything else in the good...ish tier

I am excited to finally see AFI for the first time on their Bodies tour that has been pushed all the way into the fall at this point ... but at the same time I am praying for a setlist as good as the last tour because I am not the biggest Bodies fan.
Just listened to their I Heard a Voice live 2006 album and I would pay big bucks to be able to hop back in time to that. The crowd energy just sounds insane and the setlist is stellar.

AFIs setlist are always pretty varied, so I wouldn't worry to much about it leaning heavily into Bodies. Bodies is only 30-something minutes of material anyway, so it wouldn't even fill up an entire concert.

I'm interested to see which of these songs translate well to a live setting. White Offerings seemed like a perfect live song but it was such a dud that they only ever played it once. Get Dark is a fun song on the EP but it is fantastic live.

Twisted Tongues is def gonna be hype and Dulceria is def gonna be fun

@Feather, I was also really late to the party as far as seeing AFI live. I didn't finally get to see them until the Blood tour, some 13 years after the peak of my obsession with them. It was still an amazing set and probably top 5 fave concerts of mine. You won't be disappointed

They are just dudes in their 40s sounding like dudes in their 50s.

For an outside perspective, I played this one night and my wife was loving it. She has no familiarity with AFI, or their music history. She was even humming some of the melodies after the album was over. Thought it was interesting to see someone's experience with an AFI album that didn't know all of AFI's history.

Twisted Tongues is semi-decent, I could listen to an album made of stuff like that.

I'm going to miss them on this tour, unfortunately, but I've seen them almost 7 times so I'm okay haha. I've been seeing the setlists though, and they look incredible. Have a great time.

Hope they decide to do a European tour as well with these setlists! They've been adding a lot of cool songs

Is Leaving Song 1 rare? I remember they played it on the Crash Love tour a number of times.

“37mm only has only been noted on 5 setlists though!”
Aaagh, but it’s so damn good! One of my favourites of theirs
