Even the worst Weezer albums have at least 2-4 songs that transport me to the Cuomo Zone. "Sweet Mary" on Pacific Daydream, for example. That bridge is something else

Worst song on Radi is probably "Love is the Answer," but I'd settle with "Can't Stop" as a second. But it is overall a GOOD album :P

Love is the Answer is one of the worst songs ever released

it's a bad album, but I Want You To unironically goes hard

That's the obvious good pick but "Put Me Back Together" and "Tripping Down The Freeway" are bops you gotta respect. "Let It All Hang Out" is fun too. And let's give some props to "I Don't Want To Let You Go" as a mighty solid ballad.

Getting massive early-Beatles vibes from this album.

EDIT: "Here Comes the Rain" LMAO

Really liking it so far. Seems like a return to a more focused Weezer that we haven't seen since White. It's surprising how seamless the switch from electric guitars to an orchestra was, but it seems like it's also convinced Rivers put more effort into his melodies, and considering how bland and poorly thought out so much of Black was, it's cool to see them fully commit to something new and pulling it off while showing that they can still write really appealing songs.

Grapes of Wrath slaps too

Love the review, it describes Weezer so well. I didn't expect this album to get such a warm reception, but it is good. Somehow I enjoy the randomness of their releases, I dug Pacific Daydream and I'd like to have another record like that tbh. At the same time, it's funny how they prepare fans for an album for months and then just drop a different one around its release.

These guys are so unpredictable. Two bad albums and now a good one.
