I've actually never been able to get through more than a few songs from these guys, which is why I have no ratings for them.

Not sure if that means I need to give them a real chance before I make a judgement, or just 1 everything because attempting to give them a chance is painful.

I was going to review this but it’s such a chore to sit through. Besides the god awful production, it is eye bulging how long it is. If it was trimmed down it’d just be an extremely generic pop rock album, but the aforementioned additions make it a hell of a lot worse

Lyrics of Taylor Swift? Is that what you call all breakup songs?

I was actually curious about this as I thought The Violence was an enjoyable single when it came out but damn, this thing is so bloated and beyond generic

Somehow this band is even more boring and shitty than when they made boring and shitty scenecore over a decade ago.

jesus christ this sounds like buckcherry, imagine dragons and avenged sevenfold had an experimental test-tube baby and it malfunctioned and killed everyone in the lab.

Also wtf is Give You Up? holy moly.

"As a fan for many years of AA, I don’t care for the heaviness if they don’t want to be heavy, I just want more with the band you feel, this chorus was the best thing I’ve heard from any of these singles." - top comment from into the fire music video

sums up how they manage to keep their numbers high, majority of their fans will listen to them even if they said upfront they are selling out.

Just sounds like Fall Out Boy to me 😂 album is so boring. At least Stand Up And Scream was memorably bad

The single I heard seemed like a step up but that must be the exception.

coming back to all the metalcore bands i liked in middle school and discovering that they're all making edgy pop rock now has been a trip

yeah and the sophomore actually showed some promise, don't think I can sit thru one of their records in full since then

sophomore album is fun trash and fdtd has a few derivative bright spots...no idea what they've been up to since then

"alone in a room" from their self-titled is a solid pop song at least
