this is really gonna be THE quarantine/isolation album that myself and a lot of others will look back to. i love that it doesn't rely on any features (which started to be a detracting factor in her last album) and that the production is no holds barred.
however i do think this a.g. cook sound has kinda run its course for charli, and i would love to see her next album either go back to the vroom vroom sound, the true romance sound or even something totally new (maybe a few max martin productions). i dont see her doing that though because her gay icon status has never been stronger and she's now winning over the hets too...

Yeah, I agree. The collab with BJ Burton and Dylan Brady's been interesting, though - Claws is one of her best singles.
And man, I know Party 4 U wasn't written this year, but it really makes the whole 'I miss partying' thing (which could've been so cringy) really profound. That muffled concert bit at the end really makes me miss the rush of being among thousands of others sharing the same collective joy.
