Yeah, the production of TGCD is my favorite thing about that album, but all the songs are just really meh for me.

^ I was actually referring to the uneven mix of styles rather than uneven audio mix, but I think what you say about the uneven audio mix is true as well. Right now, the only songs I'm really loving on this album are Flicker and The Winter Of Our Passing.

I'm already interested on the basis of it being Katatonia but this has me a little more stoked. They definitely nail spacier more atmospheric stuff remarkably well.
