@Steak CHEEKY FUCKERRRRRRRRRR
"I remember The Mindsweep being pretty fuckin awesome, does this surpass it?"
I think so, the production is rawer and it's more personal which really helps offset the crazy amount of styles they're burning through. that being said not sure anything individually tops The Bank of England for me

This sadly is the first album from them that I don't feel.. The Mindsweep was in my opinion their career highlight so far - i just miss their heavy and crazy songs (Gandhi Mate, Gandhi, Hello Tyrannosaurus, Meet Tyrannicide, Zzzonked, The Appeal & The Mindsweep I, There's A Price On Your Head, Slipshod, etc) and Rou's screams and growls on this new album.. where's the aggression? This album I can't without problem play to my 60year old parents and they wouldn't mind.. or use it as background noise doing chores around the house.. which is something I don't think any rock or metal artist should end up being
It's not bad, just boring and plain

"wait what? like a third of that album was purely electronic interludes, they've never made an EDM song in their career, and they write every song together with equal input? just a bizarre comment lmao"
TTTS was a lot of gang vocals and breakdowns and way more "metalcore four-piece with sampling" than anything they've done on their last three albums. The guitars are so washed out in the mix on this new album it's ridiculous. Watch the "Dreamers Hotel" video: I hear drums and Rou singing, but those two guitarists are doing fuck all for that song. You must be joking saying my comment is bizarre, it's completely obvious.

They've got only one guitarist though, unless you count bass as a guitar

Lol at people lamenting that they don’t sound like they did on AFFOC like that isn’t their worst ass album.
But here it is, the final form of enter shikari. And I’m here for it

I don't get how AFFoC could be their worst album tbh. It's so good
