So good it’s sent me scurrying to listen to so much other drum n bass the last three weeks

I don’t like anything quite as much as Ed Rush/Optical though

AAS - Do you have a favourite track from this?

Think I'd just about go for 'Compound'

Compound is a great choice. It fluctuates a lot for me.... it seems a lot of tracks for this fit better for different times. Mystery Machine, Glass Eye, Millenium or the s/t track would probably be my first top picks. But some days Slip Thru or some other song from this will hit me like nothing else.

Slip Thru was a breakthrough track for me with this but I also love Glass Eye, the sci fi style samples are so good, can really hear the direct influence on Current Value with a tune like that

it's a tough call between Millennium and Mystery Machine for me. I lve the intro to Mystery Machine, but when the bassline on Millennium comes in, it's impossible not to move

Great record that reminds me of anything but the reknown genre proponents that followed after. The bass and drums have a somewhat more traditional vibe without giving up a lot of sonic bite.
