Album Rating: 3.5
Generally speaking I took a more conversational tone with this review, not because I can't write in a more formal tone, but just because I felt like it more reflected the way the record made me feel? It's not an album I think really holds up super well under critical scrutiny, and if I'd reviewed it in the same way I'd reviewed other albums, the score just wouldn't fit the critique. The point of the informality and mocking self doubt is mostly because I can't, in good conscience, say this album is *by any objective measure* a 7/10. It's a bit of a weird joke of a record, but it's stupidly enjoyable in spite of it's flaws, and I think taking a looser tone reflects how you might have to just switch off a bit to enjoy the shallow stupid fun on offer here. Will take the constructive critique on board tho, cheers for the feedback xx
