i just checked the first track and it reminded me of that Paris band everyone was jizzing about for a minute. Maybe checking the rest but not really feeling this at the moment. The singer is quite impressive though

Oof, I hope not.

I like how despite not being particularly inventive instrumentally, the album still remains varied and fresh throughout. It's just a lot of raw energy.

The songs I listened to were Chvrches goes mid-aughts pop screamo.

One of the guitarists plays Teles and what looks like a Charvel Pro Mod San Dimas, so that's cool.

They really just need to get into their own sound because at the end the of the day they really just sound like a BMTH clone from when BMTH did this style 8 years ago

I was trying to figure out who exactly this sounds like. I don't mind when you can trace a band's influences, but this just kinda sounds like every other generic-core band. There isn't anything really elevating this band above its peers.

I wouldn't call this innovative but what it does have is high energy and a great frontwoman. This is actually one of the few Paramore ripoffs that encapsulates the energy that got them so far.

Some of us don't like the way they sound.

Based solely on a handful of people on this here website, I would ascribe that to Johnny Booth.

This group sounds like if Paramore wrote their own songs, and that's precisely why they fall short.
