excellent review as expected aeris, really hit the nail on the head with the lead up to this record. pos. unfortunately, this was terribly, terribly bland. for some reason, the production felt really off as well.

Can't wait to jump into this. Once in a while you just need a shit record.

I guess I along with a few others are in the minority of those who really enjoy the record. Digging it more and more with each listen. More rock oriented than hardcore but that was expected. I see what people are saying with the production lacking a harder punch but I kind of think it suits the songs with a lighter production. Well each to their own:-)

Is the content of the lyrics still "capitalism raped me communism good"?

I can’t decide if this is better or worse than Freedom. Freedom was at least different for them, if not misguided, whereas this one just sounds like a truly pathetic attempt to retread some past sounds and bring back fans they lost while completely missing the mark on what people enjoyed about their pre-reunion material.
