Been hooked on False Light for a hot minute, was my AOTY 2020, but have really only listened to that and Debemur Morti, both of which are incredible.
That version of the title track from this in that video got me to finally peep this album, definitely really solid and close in quality to False Light but the production/vocals sounding weaker holds it back a little and I think it meanders in the washed out 'waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa' black metal territory a little more which I enjoy slightly less but still. Definitely really strong and non gimmicky use of sax from these guys. The noir vibes are impeccable and that recording on youtube is fucking stellar.

No Cure for Pain might become an all time favourite song for me. It ticks all the boxes and is just downright beautiful.
