^ that's actually in English, it's a prelude to Opeth's new pornogrind direction.

''I thought Trif knew that? Weird.''

AH yeah, I knew that. There's that suuuuper awkward moment in one of the English tracks where he squeezes two syllables in a spot where there should only be one.

I think the emotional side might be even more influential though, but it's very abstract and very difficult to quantify.

Ah! Found it! I knew I commented about it earlier.

On October 2 I said this:

''Spinning the English version for the first time now. There's definitely some hiccups along the way, such as the one in The Garotter, when he says 'The beautiful people /// Look down from ruby vantage points' And beautiful is all rushed to fit in the rhythm.''

I just know I'm going to be listening out for this now, haven't noticed anything particularly off-putting in the lyrical rhythm department thus far.

I can see what you're going for, but no, it's actual tar. Slimy treacherous tar...

The type where pulling someone out could result in detached limbs.

First album post death metal opeth that gave me feels from their death metal era. AIC vibe in spots fits nice. Love this

Nah, it's sticky and stinky Flug. The tar track is amazing though!

And feathers rule [2], they make the world a softer place.

Speaking about racist pornogrind, have you guys ever checked the PornHub yearly statistics publications? They're super mega interesting. Listing all kinds of deep (...ha) insights into the habits of the user base, what search terms they use, how many times they visit, how long their visits are, etc.
