I normally don’t dig djenty shit at all but the incorporation of the electronic and industrial elements scratches an itch I didn’t know I had
Also the guitar work is pretty chuggy but there are some nice flourishes that might not be noticeable at first

"I'm not denying that Northlane have fought the good fight over the course of their career, but it's also pretty hard to deny the back seat undeniably of the band’s slow evolution of sound that morphed Northlane’s progressive tinged metalcore into something relevant in today’s topical music discussion"
took me four fucking tries to parse this, why have you got three variations of deny in the opening sentence of your review

^ Yeah that sentence is kind of an abomination.

I feel like this review was pumped out quickly just to spite the people who actually like the album.

"Id like Industrial Metalcore to become more of a thing so long as bands do a better job at it than this."
I don't keep up with the scene much these days, but our industrialcore choices right now are either these clowns and Motionless In White lol

Only elitist goons are hating on this. It's a good album. Holding my ground on this thing cause I really enjoy the industrial direction.

Alright gonna actually check this to see what all the hoopla is

alright I think people are being somewhat unreasonable and very hyperbolic in their hate for this but "elitist goons" is a bit much lol

Code Orange had Forever and Underoath had Erase Me. Id actually like to see a band who are better than Code Orange do the Industrial stuff in a similar manner to Forever. That would be an actually great Industrial Metalcore album for once.

Yeah I'm just a salty lad ig. I can kinda see why people don't like it. The nu metal parts are cringe at points with the spoken word stuff. And as someone in the other thread mentioned there are a few lacking riffz in some songs.
The shining moments here outdo the negatives in my opinion.

Had to do a double take when I saw that I didn't write this
