I have no problem at all with bands putting out similar albums, especially when they’re as consistently good as this. The drumming is fantastic.

always found these guys vastly over-appreciated, don't get their sound at all, find it super run of the mill and bland
i'll still give this a spin, listened to a track and i dug the production and how everything sounded production wise so i'll still probably appreciate it on that level

I find it intersting how easily scores get swayed by a prevailing review opinion in the early hours of an album release on here - I don't really think this is very much worse than Guidance even if it is disappointing but right when this review came out there were 2s - 3s as the main rating and it's only slowly recovering now
