Mine's not even a Pro haha. I want a Pro but for now I have to stick with my second hand standard PS4. I have a decent PC rig that could run Sekiro easily at 60fps but I just really prefer console and couch for these games. I really only use my PC for strategy games and old school RPGs.

Yeah dragonrot is completely useless and that definitely sucks. They were hyping it up to be this awesome mechanic and it ends up being completely inconsequential. I mean, your max unseen aid is what, 30%? why should I care if it drops below that? 30% is already a pretty damn low % chance I'm gonna get my money back. And it doesn't seem like anybody dies because of it. Ended up curing it like 4 times and I still have 3 of those things in my storage that I'll never use since I'm on the final boss.

I was terrified the first time I got the rot statue and people started coughing. But then it's just an obstacle to npc quests tied to maybe an ending.

And holy shit Gyro last boss already...

I've only just beaten Guardian Ape. I wish more could have been done with the arena, in the end I found it easier to stay on the ground and run circles around it, because grappling was worse for dodging than just running was.

Yeah and let me just say, last boss makes Orphan of Kos look like a carebear.

Guardian Ape is damn good fun. Didn't cheese the fight, was very aggressive and ended up learning every one of his moves and all their tells. Supremely confident I could take him on again right now without needing to heal

Only boss I have deliberately abused the system for was Lady Butterfly. Not because I thought the fight was hard, but because it's so funny stunlocking her with sidestep counters ad infinitum.

I’m at the boss in the open field with the horse and he’s fucking me up.
Apart from the ogre I’ve been steamrolling enemies, what am I doing wrong?

Use the Firecracker prosthetic to scare the horse and your grapple hook to get to him, apart from that, the usual, deflect, dodge, etc. Also I'm sorry to tell you he is the easiest boss in the game from what I've seen haha

Horse boy staggers easy. Heavy axe blows and good deflections fuck his posture quick. Also grapple whenever possible and stay close to him so he cant do his wide range bullshit.

Alright fuck that second Guardian Ape fight. It wasn't even hard, just insanely tedious.

I have a friend who couldn't get very far into any of the Soulsborne games because he wasn't gud, but he really wants to play this game. Yay or nay?

Uh if he couldn't handle the combat of Soulsborne games, he definitely will have a much harder time with this. I still highly recommend it regardless.
