Pretty sure their setlist nowadays is terrible with the exception of a few songs. Also pretty sure Fridén is just getting worse and worse. Haven't seen them since 2012 but the online videos haven't showed anything promising.

I posted a more recent setlist one page back. it was surprising to see to say the least, but still a lot of stuff on there that I could do without. They are one of those bands i'll probably never see live again.

I've checked the setlist too. It's yeah semi-interesting, I guess they did at least one song from the good albums so I think I could handle different vocals, but wouldn't like too much from the latest few albums. I'm also considering if I should check them in May

What a terrible review. They should have chosen a reviewer that was going to give it a fair shot. I rolled my eyes throughout the entire review. He claims this album is void of emotion by Anders? Really?!? Give me a break! Even if you don't like it you can't say he doesn't sing with emotion. The band brought back an overall heavier sound that everyone has been begging for over the last few albums, but people still complain. Is this their best album? No. However, it is a great listen and it has a great variety of sounds that spans their entire career. I have ONE suggestion for you if you haven't listened to or bought this album yet... Don't listen to this reviewer and just give it a listen for yourself!

judging by some new band promo photos, it would appear that Niclas Engelin is out and Chris Broderick (ex-Megadeth) is in.

that means 3/5 of the band is American now. doesn't feel... right.

ed sheeran wanted to do a metal album like the dude from fightstar so that would be kinda tight actually

Are the lyrics on We Will Remember supposed to be a reference to their old stuff? In Flames pls

If you remember, then go back to you roots
