It's nice that this record is quite varied though. A bit long but I guess that's part of the genre. This is something I can sit through though so that means a lot for a funeral doom record to me haha

Are there any symphonic funeral doom bands that actually use legit orchestras? I'd be interested in that, the last track here is really cool with its orchestral part

Idk if you’ve heard Shape of Despair but they’re kinda symphonic. Don’t think they use actual orchestras or anything but you’d prob dig them. Skepticism and Darkflight would be some others that I’d highly recommend.
