Slam is like DM with down syndrome. I would rather avoid that in my DM albums.
Very solid album. Slightly better than Infernus in my book but the improvement is so minuscule that we might just say it's just as good (and Infernus was my favorite HE album so far).

Agree I listened to them back to back and their on equal ground with maybe the slightest of edge to UDS. T/t on Infernus was massive though

Yeah been going backwards in their discog lately from this to I Monarch, and it's really solid. Rutan's got a really unique sound blending uncommon atonal choices and harmonizations and sometimes just pure major key melody. Plus he's always surrounded by extremely talented/technically proficient musicians to round it out nicely
