These guys are so fucking good. They said they're doing a headlining tour this year. I hope they come back to my city so I can see them for the 8th time in 3 years.

the last 3 on Culture Scars, Fun in Dysfunction, and Burn Nice and Slow are all god-tier HTS songs. Culture Scars did not get as good as a rep as it should have. It's more tame than Wake but it's more digestible as a whole. I guess some see it as too watered down but then we got Secret Wars which is the most ideal HTS experience by far

Culture Scars is way underrated. It lacks the flash of Wake, but it grew on me significantly with repeated listens. Never Kill A Mouse is just ='0

Damn...every album is growing on me. I've always been a fan but recently something clicked and I can't stop listening to this shit. Just shuffling all of their albums and never skipping a song.

Anybody know what's going on with this new project that Donovan is working on with Sergio Medina? I saw something about a release coming for some project called Nova Charisma? I can't find any more info other than it says it'll be released on 8/22.

I hate to inform that Nova Charisma wasn't anything special on first listen. I feel like Sianvar at least changed up the vibe for the swancore setting we've come to expect. Nova Charisma, on the other hand, felt like a lesser version of that. Boomerang was really good, bringing some nice pop influence to the table. The other 2 might as well just be Culture Scars or Stay Lost b-sides. sadly disappointed.

I’m not disappointed at all haha. I love it. It’s not super different but it’s 3 more songs with Donovan killing it, so I can’t complain.
