yap! the vocals really sets them apart and make this stand out. I love the vocals on it, and despite is doom/sludge they provide us some faster tracks and sections with brilliant faster drumming. The guitarwork is typical sludge/doom with perfect distortion for the genre. No solos nor technical guitarwork though. It can be a little short for the genre....but at the same time that's what I love about it.

Those drums sound so fucking good. True caveman doom music.

Best Conan. More aggressive and dynamic, the shorter songs works in their favor I think. The drumming is absolutely insane.

These guys absolutely CRUSH live and I hope I get to see them again one day. In terms of that thick ass doom sound in a live setting these guys, Primitive Man, Forn, eyehategod, and Weedeater are the heaviest I've seen. Sleep and Bongzilla get honorable mentions as well. Missed the chance to see Buzzoven awhile back but I feel like they would have made the cut also. Hopefully I'll get another chance. Grief is at the top of my must see live list for the genre and hopefully that'll happen too. Them and Dystopia would be a dream come true for me
