This is the first I’ve heard of them. If their older work is better then I’m in for a treat but this is pretty mint. It’s so well put together. Everything flows wondrously.

IDK, I have to go back and relisten to Heathen to see if it aged well/grew on me, but like Xenophanes, I thought it was a bit bloated during the 2nd half especially the last time I listened to it. Still, it's a great album though.

The album release show for this was awesome...IIRC, the set consisted of mostly if not only Magus. 45 minutes worth if it, actually.

I'll give more shots at it for sure, but Heathen was a hard 4 for me for the same reasons already mentioned. dug the 3 EP's preceding this one to...but this one is an easy 4 and I'm looking forward to see where it goes cause I really want to keep listen to it.

I got my magenta colored vinyl in the mail just now...spinning right now, the vinyl looks good. The album gatefold sleeve on the other looks anything but good...super bent corners on all sides. IDK WTF happened, this thing was bubble wrapped like hell and it STILL came out like it went through a war zone.
