that is fair tbh, im not a massive fan of either but i enjoy a few tracks from those albums.

I cannot tolerate anything that sounds even remotely close to melodeath so most metalcore is off limits.
if it sounds like dying fetus I’m more likely to dig it.

very little of the metalcore i like is the melodeath sort (im assuming you mean the killswitch engage, as i lay dying sort, which i cannot stand either)
