I get the war on drugs comparisons intuitively but I always feel like WoD is always keeping you at a bit of a distance whereas Ross' lyrics for Wild Pink feel very personal

Finally checked this after hearing about their upcoming new one. It was certainly pleasant but didn't leave much of an impression. Will give it a few more tries before making a final decision, but it's certainly nice at the very least
