Wish they'd do that in Europe, would love to see that. Would rather see The Parallax II in full though

Yeah, it'd be cool if these guys came to Europe, they should deliver a nice show. I'd like them to start by playing this in full.

I've always enjoyed this band bro, pretty pumped up that they are playing a long show. I've only seen them one other time in a very small club on Long Island. This is what we got that night:
Specular Reflection (live debut)
Augment of Rebirth (live debut)
Lunar Wilderness (live debut)
Sun of Nothing
Ants of the Sky
Fossil Genera - A Feed from Cloud Mountain
Selkies: The Endless Obsession

Except for Fossil Genera, those tracks aren't among my favs. Paralax II, The Great Misdirect and this one, are the ones I return to most often, and now you’ll be able to see The Great Misdirect in it's entirety, that's great ;)

Sun Of Nothing and Ants Of The Sky though, probably my favorite 25 minute stretch of their entire discography so I was obviously thrilled with that. I enjoyed Specular Reflection as the opener too as it was still new at the time.
Selkies bro....back half of that song is orgasmic man

Well yeah, a BTBAM jam is always nice. Except for Coma and their first two (which I still have to check), I love all their stuff

Album Rating: 4.5
alright if I was fair since Glide is an interlude would be inclined to take it out, overall score would then round to 4/5, but man, I really dislike Glide, is what it is

Voice of Trespass is a fucking banger... maybe my favorite post Colors-song of theirs

Reading the lyrics while listening to it. Not feeling the stoey. It's like they needed something to sing about so they came up with a weird story to write some weird lyrics, but they didn't do the effort to actually tell a tale. The booklet helps a little, putting the songs into the right order (night one, day four, stuff like that) marking the characters, but it's still confusing and not really working.

Stories kinda nonsense... yeah, and kind of over complicated
