It's pure magic. A really mesmerizing experience of such genuine and heartfelt music. They play a really nice set that includes what might be my favorite song from them, O Conxuro.



On a side note, I always thought some of the sounds on Longa Noite de Pedra were actual crickets and wolf howls/owl hooting but it's all vocals/flute (around the 20 min mark)!

so good, that mix is excellent. Gonna be another fantastic album. They don't really deviate from their sound too much from album to album, but that's okay

Yeah I have high hopes for Xuntas as well considering their constant quality output, and the new song doesn't deviate much from their successful formula. Also apparently this was the track with (very subtle) guest vocals from Steve von Till.

hmm.. yeah, idk, the opening melody is great, the hurdy gurdy, harp and all that compliment the theme really well, but it kinda turns into a cacophony of everyone just playing at once, I mean, it's not bad, but it kinda feels really stretched out and overly busy? The production and instrumentation is immaculate, and i'm sure the record as a whole will be fantastic.
