There are no alpha wolves

Only those struggling to survive the state of nature

Domestic animals lost without the trappings of their civilization

You like to play armchair eugenicist, militant pessimist

An ivory tower that's built upon

The product of a million labors

real questions are:

"for how long?" or "are we?"

Two different questions mate. Regarding the first, not for long. Regarding the latter, yes, most definitely yes.

We will go down as the only species dumb enough to cause it's own extinction, in the absence of any natural predators our pathological need for superiority has caused widespread implosion. A fate Earth's 'less developed' creatures have easily avoided.

"Regarding the latter, yes, most definitely yes."

Ahahah it depends on the perspective and Alpha creatures shouldn't self destruct, or maybe that's inherent X)

back to the album...any "BDM techy sonwriting master" bands like this that can balance both low&middle growls with melodic vocals this cool and flawless? let me know!

(on Salt Thrower's instrumental bridge atm...sooooo gooooood)

I didn't realize this was literally tops for 2018. Fuck yeah.

Also idk who handles the vocals in this band, but he's mean AF. Honestly might be my favorite DM vocalist ever.

i think this album is good but Salt Thrower, Crop Killer, Lima Vincit Omnia and Putrid Fairytale kinda overshadow the other tracks

Album’s insanely front-loaded, imo, first four tracks are a godly run. I find “Limo...” to be the weakest track and it’s always kinda annoyed me they closed this epic record with it.

It grew on me really hard whereas some of the first few tracks grew off (Spectral Burrows, War Squids)

First riff in “War Squids” is like the best riff ever, so you're WRONG!

but yeah Salt Thrower is the great climax. All songs, even the ones that don t have the highlight in the chorus they latter reveal themselves in some of the most cool prog twists m/

its been a while since I jammed this...tks for the bump guys
