I never believed I'll be buying a 'pop' album. I'm also considering making this my AOTY, if only because it's consistency. Every single track is great and I really dig the atmosphere throughout.

Is that summary a Washed Out reference? Is this as good?

The fact that "Moon" will never be a huge hit is a true injustice.

I adore this album and you Rudy. Thanks for bringing it to my attention. 8)

The textures are so warm and immediately ingratiating, but the way they approach structure and composition is consistently a surprise. It's certainly not weird or avant-garde, but they've studied the books enough to warp expectations. Takes it from "pleasant" to "wow i'm dancing rn"

This could sneak by to become my AOTY (aside from Slowdive I don’t really have one anyway)

Damn it, here, have a 4.0... I don't give out high ratings easily, but this album has that "special something" I always look for in music. Plus, I seriously adore the atmosphere. (Which the album cover also exudes.)
