Whenever I sit down to listen to this, I end up listening to Altarage instead. Great review but I still struggle to find much about this album to enjoy.

Depends how you rate tbh. I grade in percentage first cuz it makes "ranked lists" easier lol and helps my ocd quite a bit as well. A 3 is 55%-64%... 3.5 a 65%-74% so on and so forth. For me, The Wall by Floyd is 73% but I have loads of DnB EPs rated way higher because the do what they set out to do from an ambition-vs.-execution standpoint way better in my opinion
