"Epitome of a band that tries way too hard."
So basically the entire modern day thrash movement?

"So basically the entire modern day thrash movement?"
Exactly.

Basically. Vektor are the only modern thrash band I can think of that have really made a significant contribution to the genre (though there is still a decent handful of bands that are perfectly enjoyable).

I think the best modern thrash bands are Bestial Invasion, Vektor and Deceptor.

True. Vektor are pretty cool.

Good call Casavir, Bestial Invasion is underrated as hell.
Don't know Deceptor though, gonna check.

Yeah this isn't very good. Time is Up is their only worthwhile album imo.

They're more tolerable. They're not all up in your face like they are here. The guitarwork and songcraft is more reminiscent of late 80's thrash metal.

Name certainly checks out
I love thrash, but Havok has never been able to impress me. They're the most "okay" band out there in this field.
