Harsh Truth is one of the worst songs, and Force Fed ain’t much better. It’s a lot better than I think anyone expected it to be, but it’s not as good as this record

I think isolated they don’t sound as good, but the way they transition between songs is buttery smooth. I think the new album flows better overall.

New record is super solid and every song has its awesome moments. Dull Ache Behind My Eyes and Owed Zero are top-tier ETS songs.
I still think this and their debut are better though. The riffs are just flat-out more memorable. Some of the new chugging veers into kind of bland territory IMO.

Half of dull ache is good, that breakdown is okay but the fact that it’s like half the song is ridiculously over the top
