Sometimes I think I like this more than RoC.

Hahaha, I *shared* that partly to troll. But it is also honest. I do sometimes think that. But I don't think that's my overall considered judgement.

It's not that bad but RoC is whole another level.

Highly underrated imo, it's not RoC or i/c/O but it's very good.

The tracks from this were fun to hear live, but the record itself grew off me dramatically, probably once I got over the nostalgic high. I'm still pleased this happened, it served the intended purpose for a few weeks and they ended up touring to promote it (although a tour comprising of material from I/C/O and RoC alone would've been incredible).

bugs me that this gets lumped in with other shitty comeback records... This utterly slays, w/e.

Definitely, GJ had the strongest of the '00s post-hardcore comebacks

This was disappointing as fuck. If the songs felt great I'd be all on board for the esoteric lyrics but this made me be like "What the fuck are you ever singing about Cedric??"

Listening to it now and I still think this is pretty underrated. As far as comebacks go it's one of the better ones, especially considering Ward's absence and the passage of time.

I agree, it is as good as one could expect in that situation plus Tilting, Wolf, Pendulum, Governed, Holtzclaw and Hostage are as good as previous material in my book.
