BM scene is absolutely booming in Colorado. There is even a black metal brewery called TRVE. There is also a death metal brewery called Black Sky. Denver is the American capitol for Weed, Beer and Metal

i've been trying to track down this melodeath band out of colorado for the longest time. there was a review of their album about 2 years back and it was one of the most embarassing things i've ever heard, and now i can't remember what it was called

edit: oh I see Bestia Arcana is another Nightbringer/Akhyls offshoot

I'm really glad how this band gets better with each album. First two were a complete borefest of mediocrity.

Naas Alcameth is essentially the mastermind behind Nightbringer, Akhlys, and Bestia Arcana. Very much enjoy all three, but I think Nightbringer is possibly the tamest of the three. Still enjoying this album a good bit, but yeah... Colorado metal is growing exponentially in quality and quantity.

Only listened to like two of those albums. Didn't know that many bands are from Colorado.

"Sounds pretty solid. We need more raw black metal bands in the U.S lol all of them want to be Deafheaven or some shit."

Hahahahahahaha what? One of the most inaccurate things I've seen in awhile.
