Sowing I predict you'll give this a fair rating like in the 3.5 range right now and by the end of the year it'll be a 4.5

This had better turn into a real song soon because they usually have classic closers

I know I Turn My Camera on - they usually have a white boy funk number in there yeah.
7 and 8 are both pretty bad.

Ok kind of disappointed in the closer I must say. Keeping the 5 for now because hype but really it was more of a strong 4-light 4.5 on first listen. It goes really hard through track 6 then things got a bit spotty but still loved it overall. Again, it'll probably be a grower.

Love Tear It Down. This is a fantastic album, best of 2017 pretty easily for me so far.

Sowing it'll grow on me I'm sure but that was like the least Spoon-like song I've ever heard, usually their closers are among the most emotional tracks on the album but this one just kind of fizzles out.

Super easy, I download 2, 5 and 6 (could be a 5/5 tune among them)

Sowing if you like the last song listen to Destroyer 'Kaputt' now - my second favourite album of all time. In particular 'The Laziest River' and 'Bay of Pigs'.
Can't believe you haven't rated that album :0

Weird because I've totally heard it, several times. I think I forgot to re-rate after my last ratings wipe (approx. 2013). I remember thinking parts of it were jaw dropping, while others were annoying. I'd have to completely re-listen to properly rate.

The last song on this album has a mega boner for 'Kaputt', I mean it sounds 100% like it could have been on that album, be interesting what Anatelier makes of it as he loves Spoon but dislikes 'Kaputt' for being boring :/
3500 ratings and it's easily my second fave album, I can't recommend it enough. It's incredible, the most evocative and inventive thing I've heard since 'Infected' in 1986.

Probably going at it again the closer will be more enjoyable, it just came out of nowhere on first go and I see how something like that could be appealing across a whole album. Certainly an interesting experiment for them.

The closer is good, but if I rated that above a 3.5 then everything on Kaputt would be a 10/5 and that makes no sense
