I had tried listening to this band in the past, but they never stuck with me. This is pretty tight, though.

My problem is with the trashier tracks, they're aggressive just for the sake of it...

If Thrash isn't aggressive how do you explain Municipal Waste's 2009 album "Massive Aggressive?"

Production on this is absolutely massive. Loving the more aggressive sound.

ok that statement was a bit of hyperbole but I still maintain the majority of unadulterated thrash isn't very aggressive, it's energizing for sure but not really In a violent or destructive way - unless its fused with other more abrasive genres in which case the only element that really shines through is the fast tempo.

I know this seems like I'm just lplaying devils advocate since thrash and aggression are synonymous for most but I find most of it to be pretty anodyne. Maybe it's the fact that I find most of it slightly cheesy, not enough to detract from the enjoyment but enough to preclude it from getting me pissed off like other stuff can

p.s I've listened to all of vektors albums many times when i'm in the mood for impressive technical shit and fast tempos but never when i'm in the mood for aggressive music
